Prince Hermann Friedrich of Leiningen

Prince Hermann of Leiningen (born April 16, 1963) is the younger son of Prince Karl of Leiningen and of his wife Princess Marie Louise of Bulgaria.

Hermann was born in Toronto, Canada as Hermann Friedrich Fernando Roland. Through his mother Hermann is a grandson of King Boris III of Bulgaria and a great-grandson of King Victor Emmanuel III of Italy. Through his father, he is a descendant of Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom as well as Tsar Alexander II of Russia and is currently in the line of succession to the British Throne]].[1] According to Marlene Eilers, Hermann of Leiningen belongs to the orthodox creed.

On May 16, 1987, in Oakville (near Toronto), Hermann married Deborah Cully (born 2 December 1961 Belfast), daughter of Robert Cully and Myrna Ruth.[2] They have three children [3]:

Hermann and his family live in Oakville. He works in Toronto for RBC Asset Management Inc., a division of the Royal Bank of Canada which caters to the needs of large corporate investors. He uses the name "Hermann Leiningen" professionally. [5]
